Exploring the endless possiblities of clay

About
As a first-generation Canadian I grew up experiencing Canadian culture while also being exposed to the traditions and expectations my parents brought from their homelands. From this between ground and through my lifetime I have attempted to reconcile both worlds, often coming up with loose ends and many questions.
In rediscovering clay many years after being first introduced, I have found a way to explore these questions. Through ceramics I delve into the push and pull of tradition, social contracts, change, growth, and the shifting status quo.
I am a self taught ceramic artist working out of my home studio in Kelowna.
